Surgical ProcedureLiposuction is one of the most popular cosmetic surgery operations. The small canula is placed deep into fatty layer and pressure suction is applied until the fat is removed. Carefully sculpting the contour of the body is the key to success. After the surgery is complete, a pressure dressing must be worn to the site to keep the body contour in shape. Duration of Operation30 minutes Risks and ComplicationsBruising over the liposuction site is usually seen on the first few days after surgery and will be disappear in the first week. Waving skin (rare) happens because of excess fat removal. After CarePressure garments have to be applied for a few days after surgery to keep body contour in shape and to reduce the post operative bruises. RecoveryPain because of the surgery is very limited and patients can go back to work within two days. ResultsYou will see a noticeable difference in the shape of your body quite soon after surgery. However, improvement will become even more apparent after about four to six weeks, when most of the swelling has subsided. After about three months, any persistent mild swelling usually disappears and the final contour will be visible. AnaestheticGeneral Anaesthesia Pre Operative CareYour surgeon will begin with a physical examination to evaluate your overall weight, your skin and muscle tone, and the pattern of distribution of fat deposits. He/she will also record a complete medical history, including your diet, exercise, and weight history. You will need to inform your doctor of any medications that you are currently taking. Post Operative CareYou should avoid strenuous activities for several weeks as your body heals, but within 4 to 6 weeks you should be able to resume all normal activities. It's important to continue wearing the compression garment, which should be easily hidden under your clothing, until your doctor tells you that it is no longer necessary. Service Inclusions

Surgical ProcedureAn incision is made just beneath the lash line. Excess fat, muscle and skin are removed. Fine sutures are used to close the incision. Permanent stitches will be removed 3-5 days after the procedure. If you have a pocket of fat beneath your lower eyelids, but do not need to have any loose skin removed, your surgeon may recommend a transconjunctival blepharoplasty. In this procedure the incision is made inside your lower eyelid, leaving no visible scar. It is usually performed on younger patients with fatty lower eyelids. Duration of OperationHalf hour to one hour Risks and Complications
Lagging of the eyelid is the abnormal position of the lower eyelid after surgery due to poor function of eyelid before surgery. This can be reduced by exercising eyelid muscle before surgery. After CareFollowing surgery, you should rest quietly with your head elevated. It will help to apply cold compresses to your eyelids although you should avoid using a compress heavier than one ounce. Your blood pressure should be monitored to avoid bleeding complications that can affect vision. Although you can be up almost immediately, you should limit your activities. RecoveryAt first the incisions will probably be red and somewhat bumpy. Eventually, the resulting scar should become flat and inconspicuous. Your sutures (stitches) will be removed sometime within the first week. The swelling and discoloration around your eyes will gradually subside, and you'll start to look and feel better each day. Swelling and bruising varies considerably from person to person. Bruising typically disappears within seven to ten days. Within the first week you will be permitted to use makeup, if desired, to conceal any discoloration. Your vision may continue to be somewhat blurry for a few days or longer. Your eyes may be temporarily sensitive to light, and you may experience excess tearing or dryness. You may receive eyedroppers to help relieve any burning or itching. ResultsThis surgery will make eyes look brighter, larger, and more rested by removing loose skin, stretched muscle, and excess fat. Eyes will look more youthful. The surgery of lower lids should smooth out bulges, take away fat bags from under eyes, and make the skin snugger. One will look rested, and people will see your face instead of focusing on your unsightly lower lids. The results tend to be long lasting. It is most common to have this surgery between ages 38 and 50. Hospital AdmissionThis depends on your preferences as well as your surgeon's. Lower eyelid blepharoplasty can be performed on an out patient basis, in the hospital, or in an ambulatory surgical suite under either general or local anaesthesia. AnaestheticGeneral or Local Anaesthesia. Pre Operative CareAt your consultation, please inform your doctor if you have any allergies, any serious medical condition(s), and all medications you are taking (both prescription and non-prescription). Avoid aspirin and aspirin containing medicines for two weeks prior to surgery. Post Operative CareFor the first week, you'll need to avoid activities that dry the eyes, including reading, watching television, wearing contacts, and using a computer. Also avoid excessive blinking, which leads to increased swelling. You should also wear dark sunglasses for a couple of weeks to protect your eyes from wind and sun irritation. The eyes may tire easily for several weeks; frequent naps are helpful. For the first three or four weeks, you should avoid any activity that increases blood flow to the eyes, including bending, lifting, crying and sports. Your surgeon will let you know when you are ready for exercise. Also avoid drinking alcohol, which can lead to fluid retention and delay recovery. Service Inclusions

Guaranteed SatisfactionThere is no extra cost if any correction or additional checkups are required. Upper Eyelid Surgery
Surgical ProcedureThe upper eyelid incision is made in the natural skin fold. Excess skin and fatty tissue is removed, the muscles and orbital septum (a thin connective tissue membrane) may be tightened, and the incisions are carefully closed. The external incisions are hidden within the natural fold of the upper eyelids. Much of the operation is done with a very fine electrocautery which controls any bleeding. The skin is then closed with very fine sutures. Duration of OperationOne hour Risks and ComplicationsWhen eyelid surgery is performed by a qualified plastic surgeon, complications are infrequent and usually minor. Nevertheless, there is always a possibility of complications, including, bleeding, infection or a reaction to the anaesthesia. You can reduce your risks by closely following your surgeon's instructions both before and after surgery. The minor complications that occasionally follow blepharoplasty include double or blurred vision for a few days; temporary swelling at the corner of the eyelids; and a slight asymmetry in healing or scarring. Tiny whiteheads may appear after your stitches are taken out; your surgeon can remove them easily with a very fine needle. After CareAfter surgery, the surgeon will probably lubricate your eyes with ointment and may apply a bandage. Your eyelids may feel tight and sore as the anaesthesia wears off, but you can control any discomfort with the pain medication prescribed by your surgeon. Your surgeon will instruct you to keep your head elevated for several days, and to use cold compresses to reduce swelling and bruising. You'll be shown how to clean your eyes, which may be gummy for a week or so. The stitches will be removed two days to a week after surgery. Once they're out, the swelling and discoloration around your eyes will gradually subside, and you'll start to look and feel much better. The eyes appear fresher and more youthful, and these results may last for many years. The degree of improvement varies from patient to patient. Guaranteed SatisfactionThere is no extra cost if any correction or additional checkups are required. Rhinoplasty Augmentation
Surgical ProcedureThe incisions are placed on the rim of the alar of nose. Soft tissues of the nose are then separated from the underlying structures, the bone and cartilage are then reshaped and the skin re-draped over the surface. Patients who have a deviated septum may benefit by correction of this problem at the time of surgery. Duration of Operation :Two hoursRisks and ComplicationsWhen rhinoplasty is performed by a qualified plastic surgeon, complications are infrequent and usually minor. Nevertheless, there is always a possibility of complications, including infection, nosebleed or a reaction to the anaesthesia. You can reduce your risks by closely following your surgeon's instructions both before and after surgery. After surgery, small burst blood vessels may appear as tiny red spots on the skin's surface; these are usually minor but may be permanent. As for scarring, when rhinoplasty is performed from inside the nose, there is no visible scarring at all; when an "open" technique is used, or when the procedure calls for the narrowing of flared nostrils, the small scars on the base of the nose are usually not visible. After CareThe nose will be covered with either plaster of Paris, or a light metal or plastic splint to maintain the position of the nasal bones. RecoveryMost rhinoplasty patients are up and about within two days, and able to return to school or sedentary work a week or so following surgery, however full recovery may take several weeks. ResultsYour nose will begin to look better and your spirits will improve. Within a week or two, you'll no longer look as if you've just had surgery. Hospital AdmissionMost patients do not need to stay in the hospital overnight. AnaestheticThe operation is done under either local anaesthetic or general anaesthetic. Most of the time this is an outpatient operation and a stay in the hospital is not needed. Pre Operative CareAt your consultation, please inform your doctor if you have any allergies, any serious medical condition(s), and all medications you are taking (both prescription and non-prescription). Avoid aspirin and aspirin containing medicines for two weeks prior to surgery. Post Operative CareYour surgeon will give you more specific guidelines for gradually resuming your normal activities. You will still need to be careful to not blow your nose for about two weeks, and avoid bumps to the nose for about six weeks. Eyeglasses should be taped to the forehead, off the bridge of the nose, for the first month. Avoid strenuous activity (jogging, swimming, bending, sexual relations-any activity that increases your blood pressure) for two to three weeks. Avoid hitting or rubbing your nose, or getting it sunburned, for eight weeks. Be gentle when washing your face and hair or using cosmetics. Service Inclusions

The Wavefront system works by measuring how light is distorted as it passes into the eye and then is reflected back. This creates an optical map of the eye, highlighting individual imperfections. As a result, surgeons can customize the procedure according to each individual patient's unique vision correction needs. LASIK Eye SurgeryWith LASIK, a Microkeratome laser is used to shave the cornea to create a flap. The flap then is opened to expose tissue just below the cornea's surface. Re-shaping of the cornea to treat nearsightedness, farsightedness or astigmatism is then performed by removing ultra-thin layers with the use of the Excimer laser. Finally, the flap is returned to its original position, without sutures. The vast majority of LASIK patients only feel mild discomfort. A clear, light plastic shield is placed on your eye(s) following surgery. This is worn for the rest of the first day, and every night for one to two weeks. It prevents you rubbing your eye(s) in your sleep. You will also be given eyedrops to use for the next few days. PRK - Photorefractive KeratectomyPRK differs from LASIK in that no corneal flap is created prior to the laser treatment. During PRK eye surgery, the surgeon accesses the cornea's inner layers by removing the thin outer layer of the cornea, the epithelium, which has been softened with anesthetic eye drops. The Excimer laser is then positioned over the center of the cornea and changes the shape of the cornea by removing a tiny amount of corneal tissue. This part of the procedure can take less than a few minutes for most patients. Then the surgeon will place a bandage contact lens on the eye. This contact lens is left on the eye for a few days while the epithelium grows back over the surface of the cornea. Having had LASIK you will appreciate your vision getting clearer, hour by hour, for the rest of the day after your treatment. However, a very significant improvement will be noticed the next day. PRK usually takes a little longer (3-7 days). Patients who wear contact lenses are asked to stop wearing them in order to allow time for the shape of your cornea to revert back to it's natural shape. This then means that an accurate measurement can be taken of the amount of corneal tissue to remove.
