Halo Leisure Products Co.,Ltd., its employees, operators and agents, the relevant transportation carrier, hotel, ground operator, and any other supplier of services connected with medical tourism shall not be liable for, and the participant releases each of them from, any claim arising from:-
- any damage to, or loss of, property or injury or death of persons occasioned directly or indirectly by an act or omission of any provider how ever caused, including but not limited to, any damage, loss, injury or death caused or provider by such other provider;
- any loss or damage due to delay, cancellation or disruption how ever caused, including but not limited to loss or damage caused by laws, regulations, acts or failures to act, demands, orders, interpositions of any government or agent thereof, acts of God, strikes, fire, flood, inclement weather, war, rebellion, terrorism, insurrection, sickness, quarantine, epidemics, theft or any other cause in the nature of a force majeure;
- any cancellation penalty of a transport carrier or a tour operator incurred by the purchase of a non-refundable ticket; or
- any loss of, damage to, or delay in receiving any participant's baggage or personal effects during a journey, such item at all times being the sole responsibility of the participant,

Payment Terms and Conditions
Hospital Costs
The full cost of surgery, if required, is payable directly to Bangkok hospital, Phuket at the time of initial consultation with the Doctor.
In case of postponement, 30 days notification prior to the date of your appointment is required. Failure to do so, a fee 10% of deposit will be charged.
In case of cancellation, 30 days notification prior to the date of your appointment is required. The hospital will refund the total balance of the deposit after any incurred expenses are deducted (For example transfer fee). The deposit will be non-refundable in case of failure of notification within the given time frame.
Final costs for medical procedures requested will be discussed on pre surgery consultation between the two parties (surgeon and client) and paid by the client directly to the hospital after consultation. Should any further expenses occur during your stay, the hospital will notify you accordingly. It is at the sole discretion of the client to proceed with any surgery procedures after final costs are provided by the surgeon
International Medical Getaways fees
Preparation for medical consultations and procedures will be made upon receipt of the "Booking Form" and reading and accepting the conditions of our policies. The scheduled service fee charged by International Medical Getaways to organize your booking is 9,000 Thai baht.
Please note:
A booking is not confirmed until you have completed the Booking Form and paid the Booking Confirmation Fee of 9,000 Thai baht which is non refundable.
International Medical Getaways will make a booking only on receipt of the Booking Form & Payment of 9,000 Thai baht Booking Confirmation Fee.
Payment is to be made via Bank Transfer to our nominated account.
After payment of the full 9,000 Thai baht is received, your arrangements will then be finalized, as per your instructions. International Medical Getaways fee of 9,000 Thai baht is non refundable once a decision to proceed is confirmed. All quotes provided by International Medical Getaways are provided by the surgeon and hospital on the procedure requested by the client.
